Review and acceptance
The client checks the delivered files and reports specific discrepancies within the agreed period. Without an objection, the project is considered accepted under the applicable agreed terms.
Rights, access, and follow-up
The record may identify provided licences, working files, access details, instructions, remaining obligations, and agreed support. Delivery does not automatically extend the agreed rights.
Confirmation
Acceptance may be confirmed by signature, electronic statement, or another method agreed in advance.
